About Perfect Ten Physical Therapy

Our Mission

At Perfect Ten Physical Therapy, our mission is to help people with complex, often-misunderstood conditions feel safe, seen, and supported. We believe that recovery begins with validation and expert clinical insight.

Through specialized, nervous-system-aware care, we empower our patients to navigate their health journey with confidence, providing the tools and therapeutic presence needed for long-term function and well-being.

Our Expertise

We bridge the gap between standard care and specialized recovery by providing a deep understanding of conditions that are often misunderstood. Our expertise centers on hypermobility syndromes, pelvic floor dysfunction, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), and POTS. We recognize that these conditions are not isolated symptoms but interconnected expressions of the nervous system, requiring a specialized, holistic approach.

Our clinic is uniquely equipped to support performing artists and gymnasts, whose bodies demand exceptional flexibility alongside rock-solid stability. We combine advanced training in biomechanics with nervous-system-aware care to help you navigate the high stakes of your discipline while protecting your long-term health and mobility.

We believe in the power of time and presence. That’s why we offer long, thorough evaluations that go beyond the surface, allowing us to build truly individualized treatment plans. By integrating current evidence with a validation of your lived experience, we ensure that you are not just a patient on a list, but a partner in a collaborative path toward healing.

Our Values

We prioritize your emotional safety and provide care that acknowledges the impact of past medical trauma.

Collaborative Decisions
