These are tough times for everyone, but especially tough for gymnasts who are used to being active upwards of 4 hours per day.

This is a great time for them to work on nagging injuries and aches and pains, and keep their body strong so they are ready for when they get back to the gym.
​
At this time, as the flexibility class has been most popular I have decided to focus on this one. Should you be interested in any other sessions (upper extremity, lower extremity, low back, etc.) please email me at info@perfecttenpt.com and we can get them back on the schedule. Sessions are $10 to join and 30% of proceeds goes back to your home gym.
