These are tough times for everyone, but especially tough for gymnasts who are used to being active upwards of 4 hours per day.
This is a great time for them to work on nagging injuries and aches and pains, and keep their body strong so they are ready for when they get back to the gym.
At this time, as the flexibility class has been most popular I have decided to focus on this one. Should you be interested in any other sessions (upper extremity, lower extremity, low back, etc.) please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can get them back on the schedule. Sessions are $10 to join and 30% of proceeds goes back to your home gym.
