Sara Ferruzza received her doctorate in Physical Therapy from Sacred Heart University in 2015. She went on to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach as well as a Specialist in Fitness Nutrition.  She has a passion for continued learning and always trying to better herself. Sara uses a variety of tools to help athletes of all ages stay out of pain including IASTM, cupping, PRI, SFMA, Maitland, and StrongFirst techniques

Tori attended Misericordia University where she obtained a BS in Psychology and then received her doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2020. She is certified in the Graston technique and values the use of manual therapies in conjunction with therapeutic exercises. Tori has great interest in helping others achieve their personal goals and maintaining healthy lifestyles.
